Terms of Service

By commissioning me and submitting payment, you agree that you have read and accepted my terms of work.

Basic information

I accept payment via PayPal or Paysend. Please provide your email address so that I can send you an invoice. Full payment is required after the sketch has been accepted. If your order costs more than $250, you can inquire about setting up a payment plan

I will not draw:• References
• Drug themes
• NSFW and sexual content, fetishes
• Complex robot designs
• Machinery
I reserve the right to reject any commission without reason being given.

I draw:• Any species and settings.
• Artistic nudity
• I can work with kind of gore:
body horror, blood themes etc
• You can commission me for a fanart (in this way we can discuss the right to use picture for possible merch).
• I will draw with pleasure monsters, skeletons, gothic- and victorian-like characters and settings, armor,
your Soulsborne characters.

Price can be increased for:• Extra characters (about 70-100% per character)
• Winged character (if wings take place in composition and must be detailed - about 30% per character)
• Complicated composition, angle or colors; it can be my initiative and in this case price doesn't increase for you
• Complicated props (weapon/objects with complicated design)
• Text description of a character without any reference or arts (this way I also do work with original visualization of your design)
• Very complicated character design

Payment details

• Usually, I require full payment after a sketch is accepted by you. This is because I cannot be certain how complicated the work will be until that point. If your order costs more than $250, you can ask me about opening a payment plan. Typically, this involves paying half of the total cost after the sketch is accepted, and the second half after three-quarters of the work is complete. However, we can discuss other arrangements if needed.• If you prefer, you can pay before the sketch is accepted, but be aware that you may need to pay extra if the work ends up being more complex than anticipated. If the work is sketchy in nature, I require full pre-payment before starting.• I am always grateful for tips.
Occasionally, I may accept barter for items from my wishlists, but this is a rare occurrence.

Working stages

1. To commission me, send me a brief note with a reference and a description of what you need. Please include important details: character's personality, key characteristics, tattoos etc2. During our agreed-upon timeframe (unless I add you to my "wait list" - see the next section for more information), I will create a sketch for you. You are allowed up to three free revisions. Typically, I create multiple sketches for half-body artwork. If you do not inform me that you want to purchase any unused sketches now or in the future, I may use them for other commissions or personal work.3. After approving the sketch, you should send payment within a week. However, if there were significant delays from my side in creating the sketch, the payment waiting time can be postponed by the same amount of time.4. After payment, I will continue working and send you work-in-progress updates. The more detailed the work, the more stages I will show you.5. Once the work is complete, I will send you a Google Drive folder that contains two versions of the file: a web version that you can use anywhere, and a full version for your personal use or printing.

Wait list system

• I try to take on as many commissions at once as I can handle without causing delays. If my to-do list is full, I add customers to a waitlist.• When I add you to the waitlist, I will always provide a rough date for when I will be ready to take on your commission. Therefore, it is important that we respect each other's time. I will try to remind you again at the mentioned time, and it would be appreciated if you could make the payment promptly, once we begin working together.

Other details

• I try to check my emails and notifications every day, but sometimes I take days off to rest and recharge. If I don't answer you within 4-5 days, don't hesitate to remind me - perhaps I missed the message or it went to spam!• I will not decrease my prices, and bargaining is inappropriate. Commissions are not my hobby; that's my only source of income, and I pay for my food, medication, and room with this money. Thank you for understanding this.• The prices are calculated for non-commercial commissions. If you want art for a commercial project from me, we should discuss it in person. The same situation applies to kind of NDA commissions - if you don’t want me to publish this art anywhere.• All copyrights for artwork remain with me. You can publish it anywhere you want and use it as you wish (in a non-commercial way), but please indicate me as the author of the artwork. And please ask if you want to change or redraw something in the artwork yourself. The version without the watermark is only for your own use.
